Heat oil and ad mustard.
When it crackle put it in curd.
After cooling down boiled lauki .
Add it in curd .
Mix properly.
Ad sugar and salt
Ad chopped coriander and chilly.
Keep it in fridge.
After an hour, decorate it with roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder.
Lauki raita is ready.
