Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup soft butter
  3. 6 tbsp castor sugar
  4. 1 tesp vanilla essence
  5. 1/2 tesp baking powder
  6. 1/2 tesp baking soda
  7. 1/2 cup coarsely crushed walnuts
  8. Milk to knead
  9. 1 tbsp chocochips to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl cream the butter and sugar
  2. Add all purpose flour, bkpd, bkso, vanilla and walnuts
  3. Knead to a soft dough using little milk at a time.
  4. Refrigerate the dough covered with plastic wrap for 20 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes
  6. Remove and roll the dough between parchment paper and shape with a cookie cutter,placing a chocolate chip in the centre.
  7. Place on lined baking sheet
  8. Bake at 170℃ for 15 to 18 minutes.
  9. Remove cool completely on a wire rack
  10. Store in an air tight container.
