This halwa is very different and tasty also .its very healthy .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 grams walnut withour shell
  2. 2 cup sugar
  3. 1 spoon cardamom powder
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 4 spoon ghee

Instructions

  1. Soak the walnut in milk for 2-3 hrs .
  2. Make a paste ,don't make very smooth paste ,if needed add only milk.
  3. Take a pan add ghee and melt it .
  4. Add walnut paste and stir fry over in low flame.
  5. Add cardamom powder.
  6. Keep on stirring
  7. Add sugar and keep on stirring,mix it well.
  8. After some time u will get aroma of walnut halwa ,u will see tha halwa is ready.
  9. Serve it hot.
