Heat oil in a pan add 2 tsp chopped garlic and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.
Add 2 tsp chilly flakes and onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Add capsicum and saute on medium flame for 1 minute.
Add the corn saute it on medium flame for few seconds.
Add the rice ,2 tbsp tomato ketchup, salt, mix gently and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes while stirring occasionally, keep aside
Heat the oil in a pan add remaining garlic, chilly flakes and saute on medium flame for few seconds.
Add spring onion and saute for 1 minute.
Add tomato ketchup, mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, while mashing them slightly with the back of the spoon.
Add the tomato ketchup, rajma, chilly powder, salt and 1 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally, keep aside.
In a bowl mix hung curd, salt and lemon juice.
Divide rice, beans and cream into 4 equal parts.
Take a bowl place a portion office and press lightly with the back of the spoon.
Top it with a portion of beans and press it little with the back of spoon.
Put a portion of the cream and spread it evenly using the back of spoon.
Spread salsa sauce evenly.
Finally sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of spring onion white and green over it , 1 tbsp of grated cheese, 1/4 cup of corn flakes.
SERVING: 4
