Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gramflour - 1 cup
  2. Ghee - 1 cup
  3. Sugar - 1 cup
  4. Water - 1/4 Cup

Instructions

  1. Dry roast gram flour till the raw smell goes in slow flame, then mix with ghee (melted) to smooth paste.
  2. Then heat water and add sugar for 1 string consistency. Mix the gramflour and ghee paste.
  3. The batter will leave bubbles and bubbles, stop and remove from flame and set it in a greased plate, leave it to cool, then cut pieces and remove pieces only after completely cool.
