Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour...1cup
  2. For red colour...beetroot juice 5tpsn
  3. For yellow colour...turmeric powder...1tspn
  4. Vegetables (peas, cauliflower,beans,carrot)...1bowl
  5. Boiled potato...1
  6. Chopped Onion...1
  7. Chopped tomato...1
  8. Ginger garlic paste...1tspn
  9. Pav bhaji masala...5tspn
  10. turmeric powder...1tspn
  11. Salt to taste
  12. oil
  13. Oregano...1tspn
  14. Cumin powder...1tspn
  15. Tomato sauce...2tspn

Instructions

  1. Make three different colour of dough.Make red dough using beetroot juice, for yellow dough use turmeric powder & the another one is white.
  2. Heat oil, add chopped onion & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while.
  3. Add chopped tomato.
  4. Add boiled, mashed vegetables & potato.
  5. Add all spices & mix it well.
  6. Don't add water.Cook it & make a dry mixture of it.
  7. Make three small pooris from three dough.Lay three pieces of different colour round in a line & put some pav bhaji mixture in the centre.
  8. Wet the top half of the edges with water & then fold the bottom half upward.
  9. Now roll it from one side & make a shape of rose.
  10. Heat a non stick pan with 2 taon oil & fry the bottom of the roses till it turns golden brown.
  11. Add one cup of water, cover it & let it cook for 15 minutes.If needed add more water.
  12. After few minutes add tomato chilli sauce on the top of the momo.
  13. Sprinkle red chilli powder & oregano & serve it with your favourite dip sauce.
