Add water if required to adjust the consistency
Heat the griddle,smear some oil over the tawa and wipe of with a tissue paper
And pour a ladleful batter on it and spread it gently
Then cover a dosa for a minute and cook till the top of the dosa is cooked completely in presence of steam
Furthermore,the dosa turns to be full of holes and very soft that indicates that dosa is completely cook
Serve with coconut chutney and sambar
