A delicious and easy recipe for Brownie lovers.

Ingredients Serving: 8

4 eggs
cocoa powder 15 grams
caster sugar 175 grams
margarine or butter 175 grams
dark chocolate 175 grams
Maida 125 gram
vanilla essence 5 grams
Choco chips
white chocolate for decoration

Instructions

add butter and sugar, blend until it's light and fluffy.
Add eggs one by one and mix well.
Now slowly slowly add sugar powder.
add melted chocolate in this batter.
Now add cocoa powder and Maida mixture in three fourth portion.
Add vanilla essence and choco chips in batter and mix well.
Now pour the batter in 10 inches square mould and bake 20-25 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degree temperature.
After baking decorate it with white chocolate.
