ABOUT Yogurt paratha RECIPE

This is a delicious breakfast option, a paratha made with a stuffing of hung curd and paneer.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Stuffing ingredients :
  2. 1 cup hung Curd
  3. 1/2 cup grated panner
  4. 1 chopped onion
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 sp Kashmir red chilly
  8. 1/4 gram masala
  9. 1/2 sp coriander powder
  10. Oil for paratha
  11. 1 cup roasted besan
  12. For dough :
  13. 1 cup wheat flour
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. First take wheat flour, add salt , ghee in a bowl. Add required amount of water to knead a dough . keep aside to rest for few minutes.
  2. Now put all the ingredients for stuffing in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Now divide the dough into equal roundels, stuff each roundel with the stuffing, reshape it and roll it out.
  4. Roast the stuffed paratha on a hot tawa, add little ghee on the side and fry. Serve hot.
