ABOUT Yogurt kabab RECIPE

This is a quick recipe of a delicious starter made with hung curd.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup hung curd
  2. 1/3 cup cup roasted chana powder
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 1 chopped green chilly
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/4 chat masala
  8. 1/2 sp red chilly
  9. 1/4 gram masala
  10. 1 sp coriander powder
  11. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into small equal sized patties.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan, shallow fry the kababs on both the sides till golden brown, and serve hot.
