Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 200 gram Sewaii ( break it with hands)
  2. 10 piece each of cashew nuts, pistachios, almonds, 4 teaspoon grated coconut
  3. 4 piece of green cardamon (powder)
  4. 4 Cardamons(whole)
  5. Pinch of Orange color
  6. 200 milli litre Milk
  7. 200 gram sugar
  8. Pinch of Zafran
  9. Few drops of Gulab jal
  10. 100 gram mawa

Instructions

  1. First of all take a deep pan and put 3 tablespoon of Desi ghee in it and fry all mixed small pieces dry fruits in it and take it out .
  2. Now in the same pan put one bowl of sewai and roast them for 2 minutes in the same ghee.
  3. Now take another pan and put 200 gram of sugar,few drops of gulab jal, 3 elaichi powder, 3 Saboot cardamon with 200 milli liter of milk let the sugar melt also add little orange color it's optional.
  4. Then add roasted Sewaii in it and keep it on high flame stir it until milk is dried add 100 gram mawa and keep it on Dum for 5 minutes.
  5. Now cover it and keep it on medium flame. Kimmami Sewaii are ready garnish it with Dryfruits.
