Keep the Ingridents ready
Take a pot and mix the sugar ,water,milk and khoya and prepare a thick chashni
Let this boil to almost half or thick consistency
In another pan add the ghee and add the makhana and fry
Add the sliced nuts and the raisins and fry them too
Add the sevai in the same pot and fry it till dark golden.Do not burn it
Add the chashni that we prepared
Cover and cook till the chashni dries
After 10 mins open the lid and sprinkle elachi pwdr
Serve hot garnished with nuts and gold/silver foil
