Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 medium size packets of Hakka Noodles
  2. 7 red color tomatoes
  3. 5 Garlic cloves paste
  4. 2" ginger paste
  5. 50 gram's refined oil
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  8. 2teaspoon each red & green chilli sauce
  9. 1 teaspoon white peper

Instructions

  1. First of all boil Hakka Noodles in a bowl with a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon oil and then strain water in a strainer and apply a teaspoon of oil on noodles.
  2. Grind tomatoes in a grinder, strain it's juice and throw it's seeds.
  3. Take a pan put 2 teaspoon oil on it and put Noodles with a pinch of salt, take them out in another bowl.
  4. Now keep same pan on gas with 3 teaspoon of oil when it becomes hot then put ginger-garlic paste in it when it becomes red in color then put salt, red chilli powder and both peppers on it.
  5. Stir it now it's time to put tomato raw puree in it, cook it water is evaporated and gravy leaves oil.
  6. Take a serving plate put Gravy in it & Hakka noodles on it. Garnish it and serve it.
