Ingredients: 100 gram melted butter; 4 TBSP sugar; 200 gram crushed digestive biscuits; 200 gram milkmaid; 1 tsp lemon juice; 4 TBS lemon squash; 2 Cup vanilla ice cream; half packet of weikfield orange flavour jelly

100 gram melted butter
4 TBSP sugar
200 gram crushed digestive biscuits
200 gram milkmaid
1 tsp lemon juice
4 TBS lemon squash
2 Cup vanilla ice cream
half packet of weikfield orange flavour jelly

Instructions

Take butter sugar and crust biscuits in a pan.
Cooke it for 2-3 minutes on a low flame.
Mix well and set in a loose bottom tin.
Now add hung curd, Milkmaid, lemon juice, lemon squash and vanilla ice cream in a separate bowl.
Mix all the item very well till creamy.
Pour over the biscuit crush and set it in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours.
Now make instant orange flavour jelly.
when it comes to the room temperature pour over on ready cheesecake.
Set again for 20 minutes in fridge.
Orange flavour no bake cheesecake is ready to serve.
