ABOUT Pull Apart Soft Buns RECIPE

These soft buns tastes superb with jam or any side dish.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 4 cups All Purpose Flour
  2. 2 tesp yeast
  3. 4 tbsp milk powder
  4. 1 tbsp sugar
  5. 1 3/4 tesp salt
  6. 5 tbsp soft unsalted butter
  7. 1 1/4 cup warm milk
  8. 2 tbsp melted butter
  9. 1/2 tesp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add sugar ,milk and yeast, let set for 5 minutes.
  2. To this add all purpose flour, milk powder salt, butter,mix well.
  3. Knead for 10 minutes to a soft dough.
  4. Make a round shape of the dough apply a little oil all over the dough.
  5. Place this on a oiled bowl and cover with a cling wrap.
  6. Wait for the dough to double in size.Deflate the dough and divide to 7 equal pieces.
  7. Roll each to a smooth ball.
  8. Place on a lined tin or baking tray,in a circular form.
  9. Preheat oven 180 ℃ for 10 minutes
  10. Place them in the oven bake at 170 ℃ for 20 minutes
  11. Remove apply milk or butter, sprinkle sesame seeds,place back in oven and bake in broil mode till golden brown.
  12. Remove after few minutes place them on a wire rack.
  13. Let cool ,before serving.
