Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Mango 1
  2. Sugar 4 tea spoon
  3. Bread 3
  4. Vanilla essence 5 drops
  5. Fresh cream 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Cut mango into thin slices
  2. Now make sugar syrup .
  3. Take 2 teaspoon sugar and 1/4 cup water.
  4. Mix it so that all sugar dissolves
  5. Take cream and whisk it so that it becomes soft.
  6. Now add rest of the sugar and vanilla essence.
  7. Cut edges of bread.
  8. Now take first bread.
  9. Apply sugar syrup so that it becomes soft
  10. Then apply cream on it.
  11. Now keep second bread over it.
  12. Do same process .
  13. Now keep mango slice over it in such a manner so that it covers all bread.
  14. Now keep third bread over it.
  15. Do same process
  16. Now cover all over bread with cream.
  17. On the top ,decorate with slices of mango in any manner or any design.
  18. Now using knife cut bread into two parts.
  19. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that cream will set.
  20. Serve cold.
