ABOUT sewai bowl with custard and jelly Eid special RECIPE
This is an innovative recipe of mine, a delicious desert made with sewai.

Ingredients Serving: 4
For sewai bowl.. Bambino or other sewai 1 cup
Condensed milk 3-4 tsp
Desi ghee 1tsp
Water half bowl
For custard milk 1/2 ltr
Custard powder 3-4 tsp
Condensed milk 5-6tsp or as per taste
Fruits or dry fruits as per choice for garnishing
For jelly one pack jelly any flavour
Water as per Instructions on jelly pack
Instructions
Get all the ingredients ready.
Now in a kdhai, heat one tsp ghee and roast sewai in it and roast it till golden brown.. Now add half bowl water to soften, add condensed milk in it and mix it
When sewai is hot make bowl shape by pouring it in a steel bowl or any mould you desire, spread it evenly with a spoon and let it cool in fridge for 1-2 hour
Now in a pot ,boil milk and in a cup take half cup milk and add custard powder and mix it and pour it in boiling milk and stir continuously, for 1-2 min.. switch off gas and add condensed milk as per your taste in it.. Keep it in fridge to cool down..
For jelly pour the ingredients of jelly powder in a bowl and pour one and half cup boiling water in it and stir... Let it come to a room temp.. Then keep it in fridge
Demold the sewai bowl carefully Serve chilled custrad in it garish with cherry or other fruit of your choice.. And garish with jelly of your choice. I Used mango flavoured jelly and vanilla custard
