Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup refined flour
  2. 2 spoon suji
  3. 2 spoon gram flour
  4. ¼ spoon Baking Soda
  5. 1 pinch Salt
  6. ½ cup ghee
  7. ½ cup Powdered Sugar 
  8. ¼ spoon Cardamom Powder
  9. PISTACHIO

Instructions

  1. Mix maida , suji,gramglour, baking soda and a pinch of salt in a bowl
  2. Take ghee and powdered sugar in another bowl
  3. Blend them with blender until smooth and soft.
  4. cardamom powder and beat again.
  5. Mix dry ingredients and make a dough using hand.
  6. Divide dough into 20 equal portions and make round shaped balls from it
  7. Put pistachio in between of cookies and press with finger
  8. Preheat oven on 250° and bake cookies for 15 minutes
  9. Let it cool and keep in airtight container
