Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 gram Green chill
  2. 2 tbsp Garlic
  3. 2tbsp Ginger
  4. 4 tbsp Corrinder
  5. 2 tsp Jeera
  6. 6 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp Termeric
  8. Oil for frying
  9. 500 gram channa flour
  10. 500 gram Maida

Instructions

  1. Grind Green chillies with Ginger, Garlic, Corrinder.
  2. Mix with chill paste. Make a dough. Keep it aside.
  3. Now Make a dough of Maida with 2 tsp oil ,n water.keep it aside for 1 hour.
  4. In small amount of Maida dough fill channa flour mixture.like Allo parata.
  5. Make small small poori's with the help of rolling pin.
  6. Fry them in hot oil.
