Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 medium sized mango
  2. 350 gm khoya
  3. 1/2 litre milk
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 2 tsp green cardamom powder
  6. 1/4 cup mix dry fruits
  7. 1/2 cup grated dried coconut
  8. 1.5 cup vermicilli
  9. 1/4 cup rose syrup
  10. 3-4 tsp ghee

Instructions

  1. In a pan add 2 tsp ghee then add khoya and saute till light brown then add milk and cook till thicken then add sugar and mango puree and cook till it thicken then add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder and chill it..
  2. Boil 2cup water then add vermicilli and cook for 5-8 min then drain water and pour cold water.
  3. Take a pan heat ghee, add vermicilli and cook for 5 min then add rose syrup and toss it till it coats evenly.
  4. For serving first add vermicilli ,Top it with chilled Rabdi and garnish with coconut flakes and choppped dry fruits..
