ABOUT Bechamel Sauce Pasta (white sauce pasta ) RECIPE

White sauce pasta is silky creamy ,smooth and aromatic preaparation which is perfect to satiate your childs evening hunger pangs. Even the adults cann't resist eating just one bite. You can use whole wheat pasta with more veggies for healthier version.

Ingredients Serving: 3

Pasta 100 gms
Refined flour 1/2 tblspoon
Mayo 1 tablespoons/ cheddar cheese
Onion 1 finely chopped
Garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon
Capsicum 1 diced
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Olive Oil/ regular oil 1/2 tblspn
oregano 1/2 teaspoon
Milk 1 cup

Instructions

Boil the pasta till get tender. Transfer these pasta to a collander to remove excess water. Sprinkle some oil to boiled pasta avoid sticking.
Heat oil in a pan , add chopped garlic, saute.
Now Add chopped onions to it. Saute for a minute till they turn translucent.
Add diced capsicum. Saute.
Meanwhile take refined flour in a bowl, add water to make fine paste, now add this paste to 1 cup milk.
Add this milky mixture to the pan with veggies. Stir to avoid lumps.
Add boiled pasta, black pepper, oregano and salt, stir.
Add mayonise. Stir.
Simmer it for a while. And turn off the flame.
Serve hot and enjoy yummy white sauce pasta.
