Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 slices of bread
  2. coriander garlic chutney
  3. Amul butter
  4. 2 boiled potato
  5. 1 onions
  6. 1 cucumber
  7. 1 tomato
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Chat masala
  10. Black pepper powder
  11. Amul Cheese 2 cubes
  12. Tomato Sauce

Instructions

  1. cut brown part of the bread
  2. peel potato and cut in round thin slices
  3. cut onion cucumber and tomato in round thin slices
  4. apply coriander chutney on one side of one slice of bread
  5. put tomato and potato slices over it
  6. Sprinkle salt chat masala and Pepper powder
  7. apply butter on second slice of bread and put butter side on prepared bread
  8. apply coriander chutney over it
  9. put onion and cucumber slices over it
  10. Sprinkle salt chat masala and Pepper powder
  11. apply butter on third slice of bread and put butter side on prepared bread
  12. grate cheese all over the prepared sandwich
  13. pour some tomato sauce
  14. cut in four square pieces and insert toothpick on each piece
  15. make another sandwich like this
  16. serve with potato wafers
