Yummy and a healthy tiffin recipe.
Take 2 cups Sooji and add 1 cup vermicelli. Add salt.
In a pan, saute Oil, Mustard, Urad Dal, Channa dal, Cashews, Onions and Curry leaves. Add this to the sooji and vermicelli mixture.
Add curd and some oil. Mix well, add a little water to get a batter like consistency.
Finally add 1 tsp of baking soda. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Pour in a Idli maker. Steam it till done.
Serve hot garnished with grated carrots and fried cashews.
