ABOUT Paan pakora RECIPE

This is a quick and easy recipe of pakoras, made with betel or paan leaves.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 10 paan leaves
  2. 1 cup grated panner
  3. 1/2 cup grated cauliflower
  4. 1/4 cup raises
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 sp red chilly powder
  7. 1/2 sp chaat masala
  8. 2 cup gram flour
  9. Pinch soda
  10. Pinch Ajwayan
  11. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. First prepare stuffing, mix the panner , cauliflower, raises, salt, mirch [chilly powder] ,chat masala , in a mixing bowl.
  2. Take another bowl add gram flour , salt ,ajwayan,soda. Add required amount of water and make a smooth batter.
  3. Take pan leaves ,stuff stuffing in it.
  4. Fold and dip in the batter and fry in oil, on a medium flame. Serve hot with chutney.
