ABOUT Dhaba style kadai chicken RECIPE

This is a recipe of spicy dhaba style chicken curry , to be served with roti or parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500 gm chicken
  2. 2 large onion
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 2 tsp curd half cup milk
  6. 2 tbsp kaju paste
  7. Salt
  8. sugar - 1/4 th tsp
  9. red cilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. 2 green elachi [green cardamom]
  12. 1 tej pata [bay leaf]
  13. Cream and coriander leaf for garnishing.

Instructions

  1. Heat mustard oil ,add elachi, tej pata ,onion paste .
  2. cook till golden add tomato paste, ginger garlic paste ,haldi powder, salt sugar and cook until oil comes out.
  3. now add chicken and red chilli powder, half cup water and cover it until chicken is done .
  4. Now add kaju paste curd milk and cook until gravy is thicken . Garnish can cream and coriander leaf serve with roti.
