ABOUT Baby Corn Fritters RECIPE

This is perfect snacks for iftari, made with baby corns.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6-7 babycorn
  2. 1 cup bengal gramflour
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1/4 spoon turmeric
  5. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  6. 1/4 spoon coriander powder
  7. 1 pinch baking soda
  8. Oil for frying
  9. 1 pinch asafoetida

Instructions

  1. Wash the babycorn with water and cut lengthwise.
  2. In a bowl put gramflour, baking soda, salt, turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and asafoetida.
  3. Add water slowly and make a better without any lumps.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Dip babycorn into batter coat properly from all sides.
  6. Fry them on medium flame till golden and crisp.
  7. Serve hot with sause .
