This is a quick recipe of delicious and yummy lassi.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Curd , 2 cup
  2. Mint leaves , 10
  3. Ginger, 1 inch
  4. Jeera p.w.d , 3/4 tsp
  5. Pepper p.w.d , 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt , 1/2 tsp
  7. Water, 1 cup
  8. Jeera , 1/4 tsp
  9. Ghee , 1/4 tsp
  10. Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. First in a blender take 2 cup chilled curd
  2. also add mint leaves , ginger, jeera powder , pepper powder, salt,
  3. Add water and blend to thick frothy later on top
  4. Now place a small cup in the centre and keep 2 pieces of red hot charcoal
  5. Add in jeera and pour ghee
  6. Cover with aluminium foil and allow to rest for 2_3 minutes or till aroma is infused into lassi
  7. Finally serve masala lassi with few ice cubes
