ABOUT Instant high protein sugar free dry fruit ball RECIPE

This is highly protein, healthy, nutritious and sugar free instant sweet. Store 15 to 20 days easily in air tight containers.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Almond 50 gm
  2. Walnut 50 gm
  3. Cashew Nut 50 gm
  4. Pistachios 50 gm
  5. Anjeer (dry fig) small pieces 50 gm
  6. Dates (soft quality) small pieces 70 gm
  7. Raisin 50 gm
  8. cardamom powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Roast all ingredients separately 1 min. Each on medium flame.
  2. Cool and grind coarsely one by one ingredients.
  3. Mix it with 1 Tsp Cardamom powder. Mix everything properly.
  4. Divide the mixture into equal sized balls.
  5. Store in air tight container.
