Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong Sprouts 1cup
  2. Ginger 1''
  3. Green chilli 1
  4. Rice flour 2tbsp
  5. Grated coconut 1/2cup
  6. Curry leaves handful
  7. Cumin seeds
  8. Sugar a pinch
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Oil 2tsp
  11. Few pomegranate seeds for garnishing
  12. Squeeze bottle

Instructions

  1. Make batter by blending sprouts, ginger, chilli with little water.
  2. Add salt, rice flour, mix well.
  3. Pour this batter to a squeezer bottle.
  4. Meanwhile prepare the stuffing.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chilli. Saute.
  6. Then add grated coconut, salt, sugar, lemon juice. Mix well. Switch off.
  7. Now heat a tawa, grease with oil. Make chillas in net shape by squeezing the bottle carefully.
  8. Cook both sides and repeat for rest batter.
  9. For assembling, take one chilla, stuff with the prepared coconut stuffing and roll carefully.
  10. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
