Healthy poha,mix veg pasta,choco pie,gulab milk shake.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha 2 cup
  2. Peanuts 1 tbsp
  3. Green peas 1 tbsp
  4. Onion 1
  5. Capsicum 1
  6. Tomato 1
  7. Oil 1 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  12. Musturd seeds 1/2 tsp
  13. Sugar 1/2 tsp+1 tbsp
  14. Lemon 1
  15. Green chillies 2
  16. Pasta 1/2 pack
  17. Coriander leaves 1/2 tbsp
  18. Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  19. Mix herbs 1 tsp
  20. Marie biscuits 6
  21. Dairy milk choclate 2
  22. Malai 1/2 cup
  23. Milk 1 glass
  24. Gulab syrup 1/2 tbsp
  25. Ice cubes per choice

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta .
  2. Heat a pan add chopped onion saute
  3. Add capsicum saute a little
  4. Add tomato saute
  5. Add tomato sauce red chilli flakes salt
  6. Add boiled pasta
  7. Sprinkle red chilli flakes mix herbs .mix veg pasta ready.
  8. Soak poha
  9. Heat oil crackle musturd seeds and fennel seeds
  10. Add peanuts and green peas
  11. Add chopped onion then potato saute
  12. Add green chilli
  13. Add poha and sugar and lemon juice
  14. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.enjoy poha
  15. Arrange Marie biscuits.melt chocolate in microwave add little milk in it
  16. In between put malai.put another biscuit over it and
  17. Pour chocolate over the biscuits
  18. Refrigerate it before serving
  19. Gulab syrup is added to milk
  20. Little water and sugar is also added
  21. Grind it in mixer
  22. Add ice cubes in it
  23. Smilies are fried in oil
