ABOUT Purple cheese dosa RECIPE

Dosa is my son's favourite. I always try healthy recipes for him so i made this yummy and healthy purple cheese dosa. Innovative purple cheese dosa is unique and healthy because of red/purple cabbage in it. Red cabbage boosts the immune system, it is also good for weight loss, increasing bone density, preventing diabetes and improve heart health..

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup dosa batter
  2. 1 cup red cabbage puree
  3. 1 tomato
  4. oregano for sprinkle
  5. 1 cup grated cheese
  6. 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  7. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  8. Salt
  9. 2,4 spoon oil

Instructions

  1. Take dosa batter, add purple puree in it.
  2. Mix well n stir a few times, add salt if required.
  3. Heat a nonstick tawa/pan, greased with oil.
  4. Take a spoon or ladle full of batter, as soon as you pour the batter begin to gently spread the batter.
  5. When the top is getting cooked, sprinkle chopped onion, tomato, grated carrot and chopped capsicum.
  6. Sprinkle oregano and grated cheese all over..
  7. Sprinkle some oil, cook till d base become golden and the top of cheese dosa is also cooked.
  8. Serve hot with coconut chutney..
