Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken breast boneless 1/2 kilograms
  2. Hung curd 1 cup
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  4. Jeera 2 teaspoons
  5. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Tandoori masala 2 teaspoons
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil as per need
  9. Chopped coriander and mint leaves
  10. lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  11. Green chilly paste as per taste

Instructions

  1. Clean the chicken breast and chop in to medium size peices
  2. In a mixing bowl take , hung curd , ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder , coriander powder , lemon juice , tandoori masala , salt to taste , oil , chopped coriander and mint leaves and boneless chicken breasts
  3. Mix well everything and keep it covered in fridge for merination (for approximately half an hour)
  4. Now after half an hour , take skewers , and arrange merinated chicken breasts in to it .
  5. Keep some gap between chicken breasts
  6. Preheat oven for ten to fifteen years
  7. Now grill chicken breasts for half an hour till done and soft ( for approximately 15-20 minutes on 180 -200 degrees)
  8. Check and turn skewers in between and apply some oil on it
  9. Serve hot and enjoy endlessly
