ABOUT Pistachio Stuffed Fresh Coconut Laddus RECIPE

Deliciously done laddus full of the goodness of fresh coconut in it. Easy to make and best way to feed kids who dislike it. It can be enjoyed as an aftermeal dessert . The aroma of condensed milk, cardamom powder and nutmeg is so mesmerising and after it's done, it will just vanish within no time. A must try recipe guys. Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Coconut fresh one grated 2-3 cups
  2. Cashewnuts 10
  3. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Nutmeg powder 1/8 tsp
  5. Pistachios roughly powdered 1/4 cup
  6. Milk 2 tbsp
  7. condensed milk 3/4 cup

Instructions

  1. This is a no cook recipe. You just have to mix in everything and that's it..
  2. Add grated coconut and condensed milk to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add in chopped cashews and cardamom and nutmeg powders both.
  4. Meanwhile prepare the stuffing by coarsely grinding the pistachios and stir in little milk just to hold everything together.
  5. Shape laddus as per your choice, big or small. Make a dent in between and place a teaspoon of the stuffing in the centre and re shape into round laddus
  6. Store them in airtight containers in the refrigerator and relish upto a week.
