Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Marination
  2. 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  3. 1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
  4. 1 tablespoon corn flour
  5. 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  7. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. (gravy)
  10. 2 tablespoon oil
  11. 2 tablespoon butter
  12. 1 cup chopped onion
  13. 2 slit green chili
  14. 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  15. 1 cup green capsicum (cut into cubes)
  16. 1 Tablespoon tomato sauce
  17. 1/2 cup tomato paste
  18. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  19. 3 tablespoon cream
  20. 2 teaspoon chili powder
  21. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  22. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  23. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  24. 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  25. 1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves
  26. Salt to tast
  27. mozzarella cheese for garnishing

Instructions

  1. marinate the chicken with corn flour, all purpose flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt mix them well keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. then shallow fry the marinated chicken pieces on medium flame till golden brown and keep aside.
  3. heat the oil in a pan then add butter after melting of butter add chopped onion and cook it till the onion gets light golden.
  4. now add ginger garlic paste and cook for few second then add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, tomato sauce, tomato paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt mix well cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.
  5. then add the capisum cubes, fried chicken pieces, cream, salt, dried fenugreek leaves, sugar,1/4 cup water mix well and cook for few minutes till gravy gets thick
  6. garnish with mozzarella cheese and serve hot with garlic naan.
