The third step is to make the gravy. Take a pan, heat 2 spoon oil and put in the cumin seeds. Then put in the onion paste and saute, next add ginger-garlic and green chilli paste and stir fry. Then put in the tomato puree, when the mixture leaves the oil, add salt, red chilli, turmeric powder, dry coriander powder, kasoori methi and mix it well together.
