Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 6 bread slices
  3. 2 tbsp chop onion
  4. 2 tbsp chop tomato
  5. 2 tbsp chop carrot
  6. 1 green chilli
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1/2 tsp haldi
  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. TAKE A BOWL AND ADD BESAN
  2. ADD ONION CARROT TOMATO AND GREEN CHILLI
  3. AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  4. ADD SALT,HALDI AND CHILLI POWDER
  5. ADD LITTLE WATER
  6. AND MIX ALL OF THEM NO LUMPS SHOULD BE THERE
  7. TAKE WATER AS REQUIRED AND MAKE BATTER
  8. TAKE SLICE OF BREAD DIP IN BATTER
  9. HEAT PAN GREASE WITH SOME OIL AND PUT BREAD ON IT POUR SOME MIX ON BREAD
  10. ADD OIL AND COOK BREAD CHILLA
  11. FLIP AND COOK FROM OTHER SIDE ALSO
  12. OUR BREAD CHILLAS ARE READY
  13. SERVE WITH SAUCE
