ABOUT Oats uttapam pizza RECIPE

It's an interesting yet simple recipe where oats is used to prepare the uttapam and topped with loads of veggies and cheese. Very simple to make and tastes awesome. If you are health conscious you can just skip the cheese topping and have as It is, a quick uttapam for a lazy day.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats powder 1/2cup(dry roast oats and then powdered)
  2. Semolina 1/4cup
  3. Curd 1/4cup
  4. Onion 1 chopped
  5. Green chilli 3 chopped
  6. carrot 1grated
  7. Spring onion 3-4tbsp chopped
  8. Ginger 1tbsp grated
  9. Coriander leaves 3-4tbsp chopped
  10. Pizza seasoning 1tsp
  11. Chilli flakes 1tsp
  12. Cheese 3-4small cubes
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. Oil 2tsp
  15. Water 1/2cup

Instructions

  1. MIX WELL.
  2. ADD 1/2CUP WATER.
  3. MIX WELL.
  4. COVER FOR 30MIN.
  5. ADD 1TSP GRATED GINGER, 1TSP CHOPPED SPRING ONION, 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, 1TBSP GRATED CARROT.
  6. ADD 1TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, 2TBSP CHOPPED ONION.
  7. MIX WELL TO MAKE A THICK YET POURABLE BATTER.
  8. GREASE TAWA WITH OIL.
  9. POUR A LADDER FULL OF BATTER AND SPREAD LIKE THIS.
  10. ON TOP OF IT SPRINKLE CHOPPED ONION.
  11. SPRINKLE GRATED CARROT , CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, AND CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.
  12. COVER AND COOK FOR 2MINS.
  13. AGAIN FLIP AND PUT GRATED CHEESE.
  14. SPRINKLE CHILLI FLAKES AND PIZZA SEASONING.
  15. COVER TILL CHEESE MELTS.
