  1. Foxtail millet 2 cup
  2. Water 3-4 cup
  3. Salt 3/4 tsp
  4. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. WASHED, 2 HOURS SOAKED FOXTAIL
  2. ADD SALT
  3. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL AND ADD SUFFICIENT WATER, BATTER SHOULD BE WATERY CONSISTENCY
  5. HEAT TAVA, APPLY OIL
  6. POUR LADLEFUL OF BATTER, CLOSE AND COOK
  7. OPEN THE LID, REMOVE AND SERVE
