Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 tomato cut in half horizontali
  2. 1 boil potato
  3. 1/2 cup peas boiled
  4. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  5. 1 tsp ginger paste
  6. 1 green chilli chopped
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  11. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  12. 1/2 tsp garam masala

Instructions

  1. SCOOP OUT ALL CUT TOMATOES
  2. BOIL PEAS
  3. ARRANGE TOMATI IN BAKING TRAY
  4. TAKE BOIL POTATO AND PEAS AND MASH THEM
  5. ADD SALT, CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD CHAAT MASALA AND GARAM MASALA
  7. ADD GINGER PASTE
  8. MIX ALL OF THEM
  9. ADD PEPPER POWDER
  10. AND CARROTAND CORIANDER LEAVES
  11. NOW STUFF TOMATO WITH FILLING
  12. PREPARE ALL OF THEM
  13. AND PUT IN GREASED TRAY
  14. AND BAKE THEM FOR 10 MIN AT 180 DEGREE
  15. OUR BHUNE TOMATOES ARE READY
  16. SERVE WITH MINI BEETROOT PARANTHAS AND GARNISH WITH SAUCE
