Rice flour. 2 tbs
Oil. 1 tsp
Egg. 1
Sugar. 1&1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water. 1 cup or as to require
Chicken filling:
Oil. 1/2 tbs
Shredded garlic. 1 tsp
Shredded onion. 2 tbs
Red chilli powder. 1&1/2 tsp
Chicken. 3/4 cup
Coriander powder. 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder. 1/2 tsp
All spices powder. 1/4 tsp
Shredded ginger. 1&1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Capsicum & asparagus bean chopped. 1/2 cup
Chopped carrots. 1/2 cup
Chopped green tomatoes. 1/2 cup
Hot tomato sauce. 1&1/2tbs
Green coriander leaves. 1/2 cup
Green chilli 2
Lamon juice. 1/2 tnd
Instructions
TAKE 1 EGG, ADD 1 CUP FLOUR
ADD 1 TSP SALT, 1.5 TSP SUGAR
ADD 1 TSP OIL, 3/4 CUP WATER
ADD 2 TBSP RICE FLOUR MIX.
TRANSFER 1/2 CUP BATTER INTO ANOTHER
CONTAINER
ADD 1/4 TSP RED FOOD COLOUR
POUR RED BATTER INTO A KETCHUP BOTTLE
TO THE LEFTOVER BATTER, ADD 1/4 TSP ORANGE
FOOD COLOUR, SET ASIDE
HEAT 1/2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP MINCED GARLIC
ADD 2 TBSP SHREDDED ONIONS
ADD 3/4 CUP CHICKEN PIECES
ADD 1.5 TSP RED CHILLI & 1/2 TSP CUMIN
POWDERS
ADD 1/2 TSP CORIANDER & 1/4 TSP GARAM
MASALA POWDERS
ADD 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, 1.5 TSP
SHREDDED GINGER
ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED BEANS & CAPSICUM
ADD 1/2 CUP EACH OF CHOPPED CARROTS &
GREEN TOMATOES
ADD SALT, 1.5 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE
ADD 1/2 TBSP LEMON JUICE, STIR WELL
ADD 1/2 CUP FRESH CORIANDER, COVER & COOK
ON SLOW HEAT UNTIL DONE
PRESS OUT SMALL DOTS ON A HOT, GREASED PAN
WITH THE RED BATTER
POUR THE ORANGE BATTER OVER
COVER & COOK ON LOW HEAT TILL DONE
MAKE ALL THE CREPES THIS WAY
PLACE CHICKEN FILLING IN THE CENTRE
