Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potatoes 1cup
  2. Gram flour 4 tbsp cup
  3. Carom seeds 1pinch
  4. Asefotidia 1pinch
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  7. Water as required
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Baking powder 1/8tsp
  10. Chopped green chillies 1tsp
  11. Chopped coriender 1 tbsp
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. ADD 1PINCH OF CAROM SEEDS, 1/4TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1/4TSP RED CHILLI POWDER AND WATER IN 4 TBSP GRAM FLOUR.
  2. ADD SALT.
  3. ADD 1PINCH OF BAKING POWDER AND WATER AS REQUIRED.
  4. MAKE A THICK BATTER, ADD 1/4TSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES AND 1 TBSP CHOPPED FRESH CORIENDER.
  5. DIP SLICED POTATO .
  6. FRY PAKODAS IN PRE-HEATED OIL.
  7. WHEN THE COLOUR TURNED IN GOLDEN BROWN.... TAKE OUT AND SERVE.
