Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 4 lasagne sheets
  2. TOMATO SAUCE- oil 2 tbsp
  3. Garlic 2 cloves, chopped
  4. Onion 1/2, chopped
  5. 3-4 tomatoes
  6. Soya granules/chunks 1/2 cup
  7. Italian seasoning 1 tbsp
  8. Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Salt to taste pinch of sodium bi carbonate
  10. WHITE SAUCE- Butter 2 tbsp
  11. Garlic 2 cloves, chopped
  12. All purpose flour 2 tbsp
  13. Milk 1 1/2 cup
  14. Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  15. Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  16. Pinch of nutmeg powder
  17. Salt to taste
  18. TOPPING- mozzarella cheese cubes 1/4 cup
  19. Cheddar cheese shredded 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. BOIL 3-4 LASAGNE SHEETS.
  2. BOIL 3-4 WHOLE TOMATOES FOR 2 MINUTES.
  3. ADD 1/2 C SOYA CHUNKS, SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND KEEP PAN CLOSED FOR 10 MINUTES.
  4. PEEL THE TOMATOES.
  5. CHOP 2 TOMATOES AND PUREE THE REST TOMATOES.
  6. COARSELY GRIND SOFT SOYA CHUNKS (BETTER TO USE SOYA GRANULES)
  7. HEAT OIL. ADD 2 GARLIC CLOVES AND 1/2 ONION.
  8. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES.
  9. ADD TOMATO PUREE, COOK FOR 5 MORE MINUTES.
  10. ADD 1 TSP SUGAR, SALT, ITALIAN SEASONING AND BLACK PEPPER POWDER.
  11. ADD GRINDED SOYA CHUNKS. ADJUST SALT.
  12. ADD PINCH OF SODA TO BALANCE OUT THE ACIDITY OF TOMATOES.
  13. WHITE SAUCE- MELT 2 TBSP BUTTER, ADD 2 GARLIC CLOVES, ADD 2 TBSP FLOUR.
  14. ADD 1 1/2 CUP MILK, SALT, PEPPER AND PINCH OF NUTMEG POWDER. COOK TILL THICKENED.
  15. ADD 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE. SWITCH OFF THE FLAME.
  16. SPREAD SOME RED SAUCE ON BOTTOM OF OVEN SAFE TIFFIN BOWL.
  17. PLACE THE BOILED LASAGNE SHEETS AND TOP IT UP WITH WHITE SAUCE.
  18. REPEAT THE LAYERS UNTIL THE BOWL IS FULL TILL TOP.
  19. ADD MOZZARELLA CHEESE CUBES ALONG WITH SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE ON TOP.
  20. BAKE AT 190'C FOR 25-30 MINUTES.
