ABOUT Salad gravy RECIPE

Leftover salad is used to prepare flavourful masala gravy. It is a tasty side dish with dosa, roti and so on.

  1. Leftover veggies salad 1 cup
  2. Grated coconut 1 cup
  3. Water
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Cinnamon 1 inch
  6. Red chilli 1
  7. Black pepper 7-8
  8. Jeera I tea spoon
  9. Turmeric powder a pinch
  10. Garlic cloves 7-8
  11. Onion chopped 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. KEEP READY ALL INGREDIENTS, ADD GRATED COCONUT IN MIXIE
  2. ADD CINNAMON, RED CHILLI, GARLIC
  3. ADD PEPPER, JEERA, ONION AND TURMERIC POWDER
  4. ADD TAMARIND AND ENOUGH WATER, THEN GRIND SMOOTHLY
  5. MASALA IS READY TO COOK, TAKE LEFTOVER MIXED VEGGIES SALAD
  6. ADD GROUND MASALA AND SUFFICIENT WATER IN TO SALAD
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND LET IT COOK
  8. LET IT BOIL WELL, AND SERVE ALONG DOSA, CHUTNEY AND SO ON
