  1. For two servings
  2. 1 red banana
  3. 1 apple
  4. 8 badam
  5. 1 tbsp oats
  6. Honey 1 tsp
  7. Milk 2-3 cups

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP MILK, 1 TSP HONEY AND 1 TBSP OATS
  2. TAKE 1 RED BANANA, APPLE AND 8 BADAM
  3. FOR ONE SERVING, ADD 1/2 BANANA, 1/2 CHOPPED APPLE, 4 BADAM AND 1/2 TBSP OATS. BLEND
  4. ADD MILK. BLEND
  5. TRANSFER IT TO SERVING GLASS AND ADD HONEY
  6. MIX
