Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dosa rice 2 cup
  2. Ripen bananas 5 big sized
  3. Jaggery syrup 1/2 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Water 2 cup
  6. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. WASHED AND SOAKED RICE
  2. PEALED BANANAS AND SALT
  3. ADD JAGGERY SYRUP AND WATER, GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. TRANSFER TO A VESSEL, CLOSE THE LID AND LET IT BE FERMENTATION 4-5 HOURS.
  5. CHECK THE FERMENTATION AND MIX WELL
  6. HEAT TAVA AND APPLY OIL
  7. POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER AND CLOSE THE LID
  8. COOK FOR 1-2 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME, FLIP OVER
  9. COOK FOR 30-40 SECONDS, REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
