ABOUT Paratha spring roll RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Oil 2 tesp + for frying
  3. Salt to Taste
  4. Carrot 1
  5. Radish 1
  6. Cauliflower 1*2
  7. Red chilli powder 1*2 tesp
  8. Cumin seeds 1 tesp
  9. Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  10. Green chilies 3
  11. Green coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. IN ONE CUP OF WHEAT FLOUR MIX 2 TESP OIL AND 1/4 TESP SALT.
  2. KNEAD INTO A SOFT DOUGH USING WATER.
  3. REST THE DOUGH FOR 20 MINUTES.
  4. PEEL AND WASH CARROT, RADISH AND CAULIFLOWER.
  5. GRATE ALL VEGGIES.
  6. GRATE ALL VEGGIES.
  7. GRATE ALL VEGGIES.
  8. SQUEEZE GRATED VEGGIES TIGHTLY.
  9. DISCARD SQUEEZED WATER.
  10. ADD GINGER, GREEN CHILIES AND GREEN CORIANDER TO GRATED VEGGIES.
  11. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER AND CUMIN SEEDS.
  12. ADD 1 TESP SOYA SAUCE AND MIX WELL.
  13. TAKE A BALL OUT OF DOUGH. STRETCH IT INTO A SMALL DISC.
  14. APPLY LITTLE OIL.
  15. TAKE 2 TBSP OF VEGGIES MIX. MIX SALT AS PER TASTE.
  16. PLACE SALTED VEGGIES MIX ON ROLLED DISC AND SEAL WELL .
  17. STRETCH INTO A LARGE DISC.
  18. PLACE ROLLED DISC ON HOT GRIDDLE.
  19. FLIP.
  20. APPLY OIL AND COOK GOLDEN ON BOTH SIDES.
  21. APPLY OIL AND COOK GOLDEN ON BOTH SIDES.
  22. REMOVE ONTO A PLATE
  23. ROLL THE PARATHA.
  24. CUT INTO 2" PIECES.
  25. PARATHA SPRING ROLL IS READY.
