ABOUT Eggless Homemade Mayonnaise RECIPE

Smear it on a sandwich or add it to a salad, this rich, creamy, thick mayonnaise is yummy and interesting to eat. I am not talking about the mayonnaise you buy from super market, this is fresh, home made, egg less version of mayonnaise. Do give it a try.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Corn Flour 3 tbsp
  2. Milk 1 cup (divided into 2 equal portions)
  3. Olive oil 4 tbsp
  4. White Vinegar 1 tsp
  5. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  6. Mustard sauce 1/2 tsp ( optional)
  7. Ground Pepper 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/2 CUP MILK TO THE 3 TBSP CORN FLOUR AND MIX IT
  2. UNTIL NO LUMPS ARE PRESENT.
  3. ADD 1/2 CUP MILK IN A PAN
  4. ADD THE CORN FLOUR, MILK MIXTURE
  5. COOK ON LOW FLAME
  6. STIRRING CONSTANTLY
  7. BREAK DOWN THE LUMPS
  8. ONCE THE MIXTURE TURNS THICK, OFF THE FLAME
  9. WHEN COOL DOWN, ADD IT INTO A BLENDER JAR
  10. ADD 4 TBSP OLIVE OIL, 1 TSP VINEGAR
  11. 1/2 TSP PEPPER POWDER, 1 TSP SALT, 1/2 TSP POWDER SUGAR
  12. 1/4 TSP MUSTARD SAUCE AND BLEND IT.
  13. WHISK UNTIL WELL COMBINED AND CREAMY.
  14. STORE IT IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
  15. SMEAR IT ON A SANDWICH
