  4. 1green cardamom
  5. 1/2spoon fennel seeds
  6. 2bay leaf
  7. 1/2spoon cumin
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1spoon turmeric powder
  10. 1spoon coriander powder
  11. 1)2spoon redchilly powder
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. 2sliced onion
  14. 2chopped tomatoes
  15. 5clove
  16. 1small piece ginger
  17. 1green chilly
  18. 1spoon fresh cream (optional)
  19. Oil
  20. 1/2spoon kitchen king masala
  21. Water as per need

Instructions

  1. TAKE A PAN ADD WATER AND 500GM SMALL SIZE POTATO AND START BOILING
  2. PEEL THE POTATO AND MARK WITH A FORK
  3. TAKE A PAN HEAT IT ADD 1SPOON OIL
  4. 1/2SPOON TURMERIC POWDER 1/2SPOON CORIANDER POWDER 1/4SPOON RED CHILLI POWDER AND SALT AS PER TASTE
  5. ADD BOIL POTATO AND MIX WELL FOR 2MINTUES AND REMOVE THEM IN TO A PLATE
  6. IN THE SAME PAN ADD 2SPOON OIL AND HEAT IT
  7. ADD 2SLICED ONION AND SAUTE
  8. 1CLOVE 1 GREEN CARDAMOM 2WHOLE REDCHILLY 1/2SPOON FENNEL SEEDS ADD AND MIX WELL
  9. ADD 1GREEN CHILLY 5GARLIC CLOVE 1SMALL PIECE OF GINGER
  10. ADD 2CHOPPED TOMATOES AND COOK FOR 5 MINTUES
  11. ADD SALT AS PER TASTE 1/4SPOON TURMERIC POWDER 1/2SPOON CORIANDER POWDER AND MIX WELL
  12. ADD 1/2CUP OF WATER AND COOK MASALA FOR 5MINTUES
  13. REMOVE MASALA INTO A MIXER JAR AND GRIND IT
  14. TAKE A PAN ADD OIL 2BAY LEAF AND 1/4SPOON CUMIN
  15. ADD GRINDED MASALA AND COOK
  16. 1/2SPOON KITCHEN KING MASALA AND LITTLE FENGRUEEK LEAVES
  17. ADD BOIL POTATO
  18. COVER WITH A LID AND COOK FOR 5MINTUES
  19. ADD 2SPOON FRESH CREAM ITS OPTIONAL AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  20. READY TO SERVE
  21. SERVE WITH HOT CHAPATI
