Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 tsp cooking oil
  2. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  3. 1 tsp Channa dal
  4. 1/4 cup groundnut
  5. 1 cup chopped onion
  6. 1 green chilli
  7. 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1 tsp tamarind sweet
  9. 1/2 cup ground mint leaves
  10. 2 cup sev mixed puffed rice

Instructions

  1. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS ON HOT OIL, WHEN IT STARTS SPLIT ADD CHANNA DAL.
  2. ADD GROUNDNUT, GREEN CHILI AND ROAST THEM
  3. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, CHOPPED ONION AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  4. ADD TAMARIND SWEET AND GROUND MINT LEAVES SAUTE WELL, SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  5. ADD SEV MIXED PUFFED RICE, MIX WELL
