  1. Mutton..1/2kg
  2. Star anise...1
  3. Cinnamon stick...1/2"
  4. Green cardamom...3
  5. cloves...5
  6. Onion...3
  7. Garlic...10
  8. Ginger paste...2tspn
  9. Tomato...2
  10. Red chilli powder...2tspn
  11. Kashmiri red chilli powder...2tspn
  12. Garam masala powder...1tspn
  13. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. MARINATE 1/2KG MUTTON WITH 3TSPN CURD,1TSPN RED CHILLI POWDER, 2TSPN TURMERIC POWDER & SALT
  2. HEAT OIL, ADD CLOVES , CINNAMON STICK,DRY RED CHILLI, GREEN CARDAMOM & STAR ANISE.
  3. ADD GARLIC, ONION & TOMATO .
  4. ADD 2TSPN GINGER PASTE & BAY LEAVES
  5. FRY IT FOR FEW MINS
  6. MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE OF IT
  7. FRY THE PASTE FOR FEW MINS & ADD MARINATED & BOILED MUTTON.
  8. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  9. ADD BOILED POTSTO
  10. ADD KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER & GARAM MASALA POWDER
  11. ADJUST SALT & GRAVY.
